I'm normally not that big on hats, but these.are.the.best! Way better than the fedora, I'm assuming this will be a Summer staple for me. I have recently added two to my collection, and the hunt for more WILL continue.

Okay, okay. So things at work the past couple of weeks (you know, my day job) have been more than hectic. But, thanks to all my hard work, I got some pretty awesome personal recognition from the regional and district team. At the end of the week I decided to reward myself with a couple of drinks which, thanks to my brother, apparently turned into 18 shots. Anyway, needless to say, I spent two days throwing up my guts. Longest hangover in history. Thankfully I had a wonderful and lovey Valentine's Day with the boy yesterday (really, he spoiled me rotten) to follow up my bout of puking, and of course today, I now feel a cold coming on. I am currently chugging tea by the mug. This, is my life.
Here, some photos from the past few days to prove I am in fact still alive.
Tonight, while driving 20 miles out of my way strictly to get a chocolate peanut butter milkshake from TCBY (yes, I needed it, and yes, it needed to be from TCBY), I had a serious moment when I found and immediately decided to put in my Taking Back Sunday cd. It reminded me of being sixteen again, and of the boy I had a huge crush on who introduced me to their music to begin with, and of the ridiculous, and, looking back, probably unhealthy crush I then developed for Adam Lazzara, and of how hot I thought it was when he swung his mic around like the babe-a-licious rock god that he was, and of screaming their songs at the top of my lungs while driving with my best guy friends to go see them play live for my first time, and of years later actually meeting Adam Lazzara and telling him how much I loved him (real embarrassing). It was all very nostalgic and happy, really. And then I realized that all of this was almost a decade ago. SHIT!
Sighhh, green hair. I've been lusting over this look for SO long. I.want.it. But then I remember that I'm not 20 years old anymore, and grown ups don't have green hair. Right?! Maybe one of these days I'll get the guts; maybe it will just stay a dream forever. But just in case, I apologize ahead of time Dad!
Anywho, there will be new vintage posted to the shop over the next couple of days! I've been busy taking care of a very sicky boyfriend, and doing everything in my power to not get sick myself. Yikes.
