Current Obsession: Palazzo Pants

I really just can't get enough. My collection has started, and now I want a pair in every color, texture, and pattern. There's just something so feminine and sexy about the shape of these babies. Also, a fantastic vintage pair will be added to the shop soon, so keep an eye out for that update! I found a second vintage pair that was pleated (almost identical to the orange pair in the second photo), and upon further examination, there were stains EVERYWHERE. That moment when you find a true vintage gem and it has irremovable stains? Pure tragedy.

Lately

It has been a fantastic week, consisting of but not limited to: elephant belated birthday gifts, almost daily swimming pool time, finally ending the search for Jimmy Fallon's Late Night Snack, ginger beer, an out of town friend visit, drag show brunch (including cotton candy treats), a trip to the springs, a kiddie water park for my precious nephew's second birthday, and peach ice cream on date night! If only every week could be THIS good.

Apparently, I don't sleep a lot lately. For example, it is currently 6:47 a.m. on my day off, and I'm awake. If this is some cruel joke my body is playing on me, I don't get it. But I am excited, because this day off will consist of swimming and picnicking at the springs with my boyfriend, my sister in law, and my birthday boy nephew Jordan, followed by Jordan's second birthday party tonight! What a day to celebrate, because I've never loved a little human being so much in my life! Plus, the birthday cake probably won't be so bad either.
